What is the attire for the reunion event on Saturday, October 18th at 7pm? The attire is dressy casual.
What are the other reunion events? In addition to the main reunion event at The George's Cavalry Court Stables Ballroom on Sat, Oct 18th at 7pm, there are two other informal events for our class: the Consol home football game on Fri, Oct 17th at 7pm and the family lunch gathering at Century Square on Sat, Oct 18 from 11:30a-1:30p.
Are the costs of the other two informal events included with this reunion ticket? No - this ticket is ONLY for entry to the main reunion event on Sat, Oct 18th at 7pm at The George Hotel's Cavalry Court.
How much do football tickets cost if I decide to attend the game as part of my reunion plans? Football tickets for adults are $4 plus a processing fee. They go on sale on October 13, 2025 at midnight for the game on October 17th. What is the cost to attend the family lunch gathering at Century Square on Sat, Oct 18th? There is no cost! However, Century Square is an area near The George Hotel and Cavalry Court that is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants. Many families will choose to order food to go from one of the restaurants and meet at the picnic tables in the square to eat lunch.

What time is the Century Square family lunch gathering? The informal scheduled time is from 11:30am to 1:30pm and is come and go.
Where do I park at The George Hotel for the reunion event at the Cavalry Court Stables Ballroom? The parking garage, located behind the Star Cinema Grill movie theater, has premium parking that is FREE for Cavalry Court and The George Hotel guests and patrons only. Valet parking is $10 for 4 hours, and there is Text 2 Pay meter street parking as well. Ride shares are also encouraged!
What if I buy a ticket to the reunion but am not able to attend; can I get a refund? We totally understand plans can change but unfortunately, we're not able to offer refunds. The committee has to make personal financial commitments based on ticket sales - venue reservations, catering and other costs paid up front. If you want to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email us.
My family doesn't live in College Station anymore. Where should I stay during the reunion weekend? The George Hotel and Cavalry Court are both currently accepting reservations. The pricing at these hotels during our reunion weekend are significantly lower than Aggie home game weekends. Now is a great time to reserve a room while rates are low! They have a generous cancellation policy as well.
Do I have to stay at The George Hotel or Cavalry Court? No, feel free to stay wherever you would like.
Do you offer military discounts? Yes! Please email consolclassof2000@gmail.com to receive a promo code for your ticket order for a 20% discount. Please do this before you place an order. You will use the promo code given to you to receive the discount on your order. Discounts are not available on tickets already purchased.

Why am I being charged a processing fee? Brushfire will manage our ticket sales and keep them organized and secure. They charge a small processing fee to cover credit card and service costs. This fee goes directly to Brushfire - NOT to the event organizers - and ensures a smooth and professional ticketing experience for everyone.
Why is the regular ticket price $90 per person? We are working hard to plan a memorable reunion which is our first formally planned event in more than 15 years as a class. We have kept the price as reasonable as possible while still making sure it's a quality event that will create a fun, welcoming experience for all. We appreciate your support!
Why are ticket sales being discounted at $75 per person for a short time period in June? Early ticket sales are essential for planning quality events. We are able to more accurately determine the number of guests as well as cover up-front costs. Due to this, we are happy to provide this early-bird discount pricing!
How are you able to plan such an amazing reunion event at these prices!?! Short answer: We can't! Which is why we have created an amazing sponsorship package to help cover costs to make the event even more memorable. Please email consolclassof2000@gmail.com if you would like to learn more. You can get a VIP or reserved table, or sponsor our DJ, plus more!
Why are you asking for sponsorships? Sponsorships are a great way to make events successful. We want the reunion to be affordable and inclusive for all classmates. Per person tickets are priced as low as possible. If you are able to sponsor, you'll receive your tickets plus other perks through one of our sponsorship options which will allow us to cover additional costs and fun upgrades!
Should I purchase tickets through Brushfire if I want to be a sponsor? No, do not buy tickets on Brushfire. All sponsorships INCLUDE tickets and other perks! Please first reach out to consolclassof2000@gmail.com! We will send you the sponsorship package so you can decide how you would like to help, and we will provide further details at that point.
Can individuals sponsor the reunion? Yes! Family sponsorships aka Gold sponsorships as low as $300 are available as sponsorship options. We are relying on generous classmates to sign up for this sponsorship and give a little extra. We'd be so grateful, and you'll be recognized at the event and in event materials.
Can my business sponsor the reunion? Yes! We are relying on a few local, national or online businesses to sponsor our reunion! You will still receive reunion tickets through your business sponsorship as well and it's a great marketing opportunity as your business logo will be added to our website and all event materials!
